DoragonLand is being developed by a young and passionate team, including 30 full-time employees with its headquarter located in Hanoi, Vietnam. The founding team consists of the following individuals:
CEO & Co-Founder: Susan
She is an entrepreneur who is experienced in business, marketing and technology. She has almost 10 years of hands-on experience in building and leading strategies for marketing and overall business development of various IT projects, especially in Vietnam, Japan, and the USA. Her experience in defining and assessing business strategy in multiple sectors such as Blockchain, AI, Gaming, E-Commerce, Software, etc. has allowed her to work with many different partners. She has been actively involved in Blockchain technology, especially in the NFT game since 2020 and continues to contribute to the development of blockchain projects across the globe.
CPO & Co-Founder: Kent Nguyen
A creative, innovative, and brilliant driver with a high level of artistic ability. He has 7 years of experience working as a game designer, specializing in conceptualizing creative aspects. He started involved in blockchain technology, especially NFT games in 2019.
CTO & Co-Founder: Adam Ngo
A technical lead of many global projects for over 10 years and joined the blockchain industry for over 5 years. He has the ability to manage the market and the ability to analyze the market with the wisdom and passion of the blockchain. He has successfully led many projects based on different platforms such as Ethereum, HyperLedger, and Polkadot.
CMO & Co-Founder: Ashley Dang
A professional game marketer with a Master's Degree specialized in Marketing. She has 5 years of experience working abroad in the role of Marketing Leader, taking charge of both the Asia and domestic market. She has taken charge of creating campaigns before, during, and after a game’s release that ensure mass appeal and reaches a massive number of audiences in many successful projects.
Art Director & Co-founder: Dzung Dinzy
Founder of Thunder Cloud Studio – 3D animation & game art outsourcing company. He is an artist with 12 years of experience working in games, movie and advertising industry. Before joining hand with DoragonLand, he has been working on projects of various scales from Xbox One title games at Rare UK and feature films at Double Negative London to various advertising commercial projects as 3D Art Director at The Color Club International.
